衡水市高氟区8~12岁儿童心理健康状况调查分析

Mental health research analysis on children aged 8-12 in high-fluoride areas of Hengshui

目的调查衡水市高氟区8~12岁儿童心理现状,分析氟斑牙对心理产生的影响。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法,选取高氟区1435名8~12岁儿童为调查对象进行氟斑牙诊断,使用儿童青少年心理健康量表(mental health scale for child and adolescent,MHS-CA)测试其心理健康水平。结果共计对1435名8~12岁儿童进行氟斑牙诊断,检出氟斑牙患者337例,检出率23.5%。高氟区儿童心理测试总平均分70.03分,低于全国平均水平77.93分。出现心理问题较多的维度为:情绪24.1%、认知8.9%。男生心理整体水平(67.01±9.85)分低于女生(73.42±9.37)分;高年级心理整体水平(67.52±8.96)分低于中年级(72.60±9.90)分;随氟斑牙程度加重,儿童心理非健康检出率呈上升趋势。结论衡水市高氟区8~12岁儿童心理健康水平不容乐观;多关注情绪、认知两个心理维度;心理健康的重点人群为:高年级、男生、中重度氟斑牙患者。

Objective To investigate the psychological status of children in high-fluoride areas in Hengshui,and to analyze the impacts of dental fluorosis on psychological conditions.Methods The stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select 1435 children aged 8-12 years old from the high-fluoride areas as survey subjects for diagnose dental fluorosis.The mental health scale for child and adolescent(MHS-CA)was used to test mental health level of such children.Results A total of 14358-12 year old children were diagnosed with dental fluorosis,337 children with dental fluorosis with the detection rate of 23.5%were detected.The total average score of psychological test for children in high fluoride areas was 70.03,being lower than national average levels at 77.93 points.The dimensions with more psychological problems involved the mood at 24.1%,cognition 8.9%.Overall mental level of boys at(67.01±9.85)points were lower than girls at(73.42±9.37)points;overall mental level of upper grades at(67.52±8.96)points were below middle grade(72.60±9.90)points;as the degree of dental fluorosis increasec,the detection rate of children’s mental health rose.Conclusion The mental health of children aged 8-12 in the high-fluoride areas of Hengshui is not optimistic,more attentions should be paid to two psychological dimensions including the emotion and cognition;key populations for mental health involve senior grade,boys and patients with moderate to severe dental fluorosis.
