衡水市居民饮用水水氟含量达标情况动态分析

Dynamic analysis of the fluorine content of drinking water in Hengshui City

摘要 目的调查衡水市辖区行政村改水工程运转情况,了解辖区2019年饮水型氟中毒防治措施实施情况,为有效防治饮水型地方性氟中毒提供技术支持。方法2019年5-10月,在衡水市辖区以行政村为单位,调查每个村生活饮用水水氟含量、改水情况和8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病情况,并将水氟含量达标情况同2012年的调查结果进行比较。结果共调查衡水市13个县市区4990个行政村,改水率为91.40%(4561/4990),全市水氟值合格率从2012年的49.48%(2479/5010)提高到91.76%(4579/4990),共调查8~12岁儿童170441人,氟斑牙检出率为15.26%。结论衡水市大部分县居民饮用水水氟含量已达到国家生活饮用水卫生标准,但存在居民选择饮用氟含量超标水源的情况,需加强改水工程的管理和常规监测,并有针对性地进行宣传教育。 Objective To investigate the operation of the project of transforming administrative villages to water supply in Hengshui City,and understand the implementation of prevention and control measures for drinking water type fluorosis in 2019 and provide technical support for the effective prevention and control of drinking water type endemic fluorosis.Methods From May to October 2019,the fluoride content in the drinking water was investigated,and the condition of changing the drinking water and the prevalence of dental fluorosis among children aged 8-12 years were investigated in every village in the administrative villages of Hengshui City.The results of the survey were compared with those of 2012.Results A total of 4990 administrative villages in 13 counties and urban areas of Hengshui were investigated,and the water improvement rate was 91.40%(4561/4990).The qualified rate of water fluoride value in Hengshui increased from 49.48%(2479/5010)in 2012 to 91.76%(4579/4990).A total of 170441 children aged 8-12 years were investigated,and the detection rate of dental fluorosis was 15.26%.Conclusion The fluorine content of drinking water for residents in most counties of Hengshui has reached the national standard of drinking water,but residents choose to drink water sources with fluorine content exceeding the standard.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the management and routine monitoring of water improvement projects and to carry out publicity and education.
