持续12周运动减重方案对青年男性肥胖者心肺机能影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 本研究首次依运动分期跟踪测定受试者FATmax,并具此进行运动强度进阶的12周精准减重干预,观察进阶运动减重方案对肥胖男青年心肺机能的影响。方法:120名肥胖男青年在实验室环境下测定3个运动进阶强度、运动干预手段能耗、实施12周进阶运动减重方案后观察心肺机能的变化。结果:肥胖男青年各运动阶段FATmax心率分别为(133.23±16.86)、(137.01±15.71)、(141.12±17.48)次/min,耗氧量占最大摄氧量分别为(48.66±7.64)%、(50.37±8.18)%、(53.21±8.23)%,跑步参考速度为(7.91±1.17)、(8.04±1.49)、(8.24±1.61)km/h。结论:本运动进阶减重方案的总能量消耗为400~500 kcal/天(每4周递增10%),受试者接受度和依从性良好;体脂率从(29.74±6.43)%显著降低至(24.22±7.16)%,P<0.01,腹部脂肪从(157.63±37.49)cm2显著降低至(139.45±36.73)cm2,收到比较理想的效果。受试者在有效减重的同时心肺机能得到显著改善;其FATmax-MFO与受试者体脂率和腹部脂肪的减少同步明显发生向更高的最大摄氧量占比移动,提示肥胖者脂肪代谢能力与心肺机能水平存在平行正向关联。精准设计运动强度进阶以及对处方中运动能耗合理的测算更有利于心肺机能的改善和提升。 Backgrounds:This study was the first time to follow up the subjects by stages of exercise FATmax,and then carried out 12-week precision weight loss intervention to observe the effect of advanced exercise weight loss program on cardiopulmonary function in obese young men.Methods:120 young obese men observed the changes of heart and lung function after measuring the intensity of three advanced exercises,the energy consumption of exercise intervention and the weight loss program for 12 weeks.Results:Heart rate was(133.23±16.86),(137.01±15.71),(141.12±17.48)b/minfor each exercise stage in obese young men,(141.12±17.48)b/min,oxygen consumption accounted for the maximum oxygen uptake of(48.66±7.64)%,(50.37±8.18)%,(53.21±8.23)%,respectively.the running reference speed was(7.91±1.17),(8.04±1.49),(8.24±1.61)km/h.The total energy consumption of the advanced weightloss program was 400~500 kcal/days(10%increase every 4 weeks).The subjects had good acceptance and compliance,and the body fat rate decreased significantly from(29.74±6.43)%to(24.22±7.16)%with a significant decrease in abdominal fat from(157.63±37.49)cm2 to(139.45±36.73)cm2.At the same time,the cardiopulmonary function was significantly improved,and the FATmax-MFO of the patients shifted to a higher proportion of maximal oxygen uptake,which indicated that there was a parallel positive correlation between fat metabolism and cardiopulmonary function.Conclusion:Accurate design of exercise intensity and reasonable calculation of exercise energy consumption in prescription are more beneficial to heart and lung functional improvement and upgrading.
