产业集聚对长江经济带工业绿色创新效率影响机制研究

Impact of Diversified Agglomeration and Specialized Agglomeration on Industrial Green Innovation Efficiency:A Case Study of the Yangtze River Economic Belt

基于超效率SBM-DEA模型测度了长江经济带2005-2018年工业绿色创新效率,进一步采用空间杜宾模型实证研究了产业多样化集聚、专业化集聚对长江经济带工业绿色创新效率的影响。结果表明:(1)长江经济带的整体工业绿色创新效率呈波动上升趋势,各区域工业绿色发展水平存在梯度差异;(2)多样化集聚对长江经济带工业绿色创新效率有促进作用,而专业化集聚的抑制作用较为显著;(3)多样化集聚、专业化集聚对上、中、下游工业绿色创新效率影响存在区域异质性差异。基于以上实证分析,提出加强长江经济带上、中、下游联动效应,因地制宜选择合适的产业集群类型,提升长江经济带工业企业绿色创新效率等建议。

Based on the super-efficiency SBM-DEA model,this paper measures the industrial green innovation efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt(YREB)from 2005 to 2018,and further uses the spatial Dupin model to empirical study the impact of industrial diversification agglomeration and specialization agglomeration on the industrial green innovation efficiency of the YREB.The results show that:(1)The overall industrial green innovation efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is fluctuating and rising,and there are gradient differences in the industrial green development level among different regions;(2)Diversified agglomeration has a positive effect on industrial green innovation efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,while specialized agglomeration has a significant negative effect on industrial green innovation efficiency;(3)There are regional heterogeneity differences in the influences of diversified agglomeration and specialized agglomeration on green innovation efficiency of upper,middle and downstream industries.Based on the above empirical analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the linkage effect of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,choosing appropriate industrial cluster types according to local conditions,and improving the green innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
