摘要
主要介绍了金属表面涂层的几种制备方法,并介绍了几种性能优越的耐高温涂层,综述了金属表面涂层在高温下摩擦磨损性能的研究成果。提出了涂层的高温摩擦磨损性能指标(显微硬度、摩擦因数、磨损量,以及涂层与基体的结合强度),其中,显微硬度是评判涂层优劣的重要指标。最后,分析了耐高温涂层应用于热冲压模具领域的发展前景,指出应全方位深入研究模具表面涂层的硬度与高温环境的关系,开发适应热冲压复杂工况的涂层及配套的加工工艺流程,将耐高温涂层与热冲压模具相结合,以提高模具的工作性能。
Several preparation methods of coatings on metal surface were mainly introduced, and several coatings of high-temperature resistant with superior performance were also introduced. Furthermore, the research results of the friction and wear property for coatings on metal surface at high temperature were summarized. The high-temperature friction and wear property indexes of coating were proposed such as micro-hardness, friction coefficient, wear amount and bonding strength between coating and substrate, and the micro-hardness was an important index for judging the quality of coating. In the end, the development prospect of high-temperature resistant coating applied in the field of hot stamping die was analyzed. The results show that the relationship between the hardness of coatings for die surface and the high-temperature environment should be thoroughly studied, the coatings and the supporting processing process flow suitable for the complex working conditions of hot stamping should be developed, and the high temperature resistant coating should be combined with the hot stamping die to improve the working performance of die.
