开关转盘多工位级进模设计

摘要 为了提高生产效率,通过分析开关转盘的材料、数量、结构和工艺性,确定了此零件采用级进模进行生产。设计了级进模排样图,使用导料板来进行板料的导向,侧刃粗定位、导正销完成精定位,以实现各工步的准确加工。模具设有双侧浮顶器,使板料能够平稳送进。设有弹性卸料装置,在模具工作时起到压料的作用,整套模具采用导柱导套进行导向,同时还设有小导柱导套,以提高导向精度。由于存在拉深胀形工步,模具设有限位柱来限制上模行程。模具使用螺钉与销钉来实现上、下模部分的紧固。采用落料的方式出件,废料沿滑槽滑落。以CATIA为计算机辅助设计工具,设计出开关转盘级进模所需的模具零件,并对模具零部件进行装配,从而得到模具装配体的三维数模。 In order to improve production efficiency, by analyzing the material, quantity, structure and manufacturability of switch turntable, the part was determined to be produced using a progressive die. Then, the layout drawing of the progressive die was designed, the stock guide plate guided the sheet metal, the side edge was coarsely positioned, and the guide pin completed the precise positioning to realize the accurate processing of each step. The die was equipped with floating ejector on both sides to ensure the sheet metal feeding smoothly. It had an elastic unloading device to press the strip during the die working. In addition, the whole die was guided by the guide pins and bushings, the small guide pins and bushings were also provided for guidance to improve the guiding accuracy, the limit position column was set to limit the stroke of upper die due to the deep drawing and bulging step, the screws and pins were used to fasten the upper and lower dies, the parts were discharged by blanking, and the waste slipped down alone the chute. Finally, the parts required for the progressive die of switch turntable were designed by computer-aided design tool CATIA and assembled to obtain 3 D modeling of the die assembly.
