摘要
通过工艺参数智能监控管理系统来实时监控对工件有直接或间接影响的相关工艺参数,对冲压工艺运行状态进行判断与分析,进而通过控制工艺参数来提高产品质量。通过与现场总控PLC的通讯实现生产数据的实时采集与传输,并将底层设备的工艺参数存储至系统主服务器和数据库服务器中。对处理、分析后的数据进行可视化展示,从而实现车间生产状态的实时监控。并在冲压模具的原有基础上集成若干检测传感器,以完善模具及工件的测量数据,实现对工件质量的精准检测。通过本系统的实施,最终实现车间生产状态的实时监控并为生产线生产过程的稳定性提供有效支持。
The relevant process parameters that directly or indirectly affected the workpiece were monitored in real time by the process parameter intelligent monitoring and management system, and the operating status of stamping process was judged and analyzed to improve the product quality by controlling the process parameters. Then, the real-time collection and transmission of production data were realized by the communication with the on-site master control PLC, and the process parameters of underlying equipment were stored in the system main server and database server. Furthermore, the processed and analyzed data were visually displayed to realize real-time monitoring of the production status for workshop, and on the original basis of stamping die, a number of detection sensors were integrated to perfect the measurement data of die and workpiece and realize the accurate detection of the quality for workpiece. Through the implementation of this system, real-time monitoring of the production status for workshop was finally realized to provide effective support for the stability of the production process of production line.
