在新文科建设视域下,图书馆学研究生教育存在定位多维分裂、课程积习难改、培养方式单一、人才供需脱节等问题,其发展趋势是培养多学科融合的复合型人才、多维度开拓的创新型人才、坚持以人为本的崇德型人才、引领知识创新的智慧型人才。构建协同共享的培养方式、探索需求导向的教学改革、完善创新创业的教育体系、建立注重实效的管理机制,是新文科建设潮流中图书馆学研究生教育改革的重要举措。

From the perspective of the construction of new liberal arts,postgraduate education in library science has problems such as multi-dimensional division of positioning,difficulty in changing curriculum accumulation,single training methods,and disconnection of supply and demand.Its development trend is to cultivate compound talents with multi-disciplinary integration,innovative talents with multi-dimensional development,people-oriented talents who pay attention to morality,and intelligent talents who lead knowledge innovation.Constructing a collaborative and shared training method,exploring demand-oriented teaching reforms,perfecting an educational system for innovation and entrepreneurship,and establishing a management mechanism focusing on practical results are important measures for the reform of library science graduate education in the trend of new liberal arts construction.
