行业组织引领基层图书馆跨界融合发展研究——以“跨界流动助力基层”项目为例

Industry Organizations Lead the Development of Cross-border Integration of Grassroots Libraries:Take the“Cross-border Mobility to Help the Grassroots”Project as an Example

法律要求图书馆开展科普教育工作,提升公民科学文化素养,同时也鼓励各级各类图书馆积极开展社会力量合作,合力推动图书馆事业发展。图书馆行业组织承担了引领和带动图书馆业务发展的职能;同时,由于其主管部门为各级科协,因此具有拓展与科技领域跨界合作的条件和基础。在当前乡村文化振兴的社会背景下,本研究将以中国图书馆学会与中国科技馆融合合作项目为例,对各级图书馆行业组织引领基层图书馆融合发展进行研究。

The law requires libraries to carry out popular science education work to improve citizens'scientific and cultural literacy.At the same time,libraries of all levels and types are encouraged to actively cooperate with social forces and work together to promote the development of library undertakings.The library industry organization assumes the function of leading and driving the development of library business;at the same time,because its competent department is the association of science and technology at all levels,it has the conditions and foundation to expand cross-border cooperation with the scientific and technological field.In the current social background of the revitalization of rural culture,this research will take the integration and cooperation project of Library Society of China and China Science and Technology Museum as an example to study the integration and development of grassroots libraries led by various levels of library industry organizations.
