日本“超级国际化大学”图书馆开放获取方针调查分析及启示

Analysis and Enlightenment on the Open Access Policy of Japanese“Super International University”Library

日本大学图书馆的开放获取方针是伴随着机构知识库运营政策的不断修正完善而产生的。日本大学高度重视机构知识库的建设和开放获取方针的制定。文章通过调查37所日本“超级国际化大学”图书馆开放获取方针的制定现状,从开放目的、实施对象、方式方法、版权归属、适用范围等五个方面分析其内容和特点,以期对我国相关政策的制定和实施提供启示和参考。

The open access policy of Japanese university libraries comes into being with the continuous revision and improvement of institutional repository operation policy.Japanese universities attach great importance to the construction of institutional repository and the formulation of open access policy.By investigating the current situation of the open access policy of 37 Japanese“super International University”libraries,this paper analyzes its contents and characteristics from five aspects:the purpose of opening,the object of implementation,the method,the ownership of copyright and the scope of application,so as to provide enlightenment and reference for the formulation and implementation of relevant policies in China.
