在科学技术水平不断提高、经济发展速度不断加快的背景下,农业节水灌溉工程在农业发展中的重要性逐渐凸显出来。做好农业节水灌溉工程的建设和管理,不仅可以维持农业的正常发展,同时也能有效提高水资源的利用率,有效地缓解水资源浪费的状况。
In the context of the continuous improvement of science and technology,as well as the fast speed of economic development,the importance of agricultural water-saving irrigation projects in agricultural development has gradually become prominent.The construction and management of agricultural water-saving irrigation projects can not only maintain the normal development of agriculture,but also effectively increase the utilization rate of water resources so as to effectively alleviate the waste of water resources.
