17种藏药材提取物对13种常见病原菌体外抗菌活性研究

摘要 目的:检测17种藏医常用药材75%乙醇超声及水煎煮提取物体外抗菌活性,筛选具有抗菌活性的藏医常用药材。方法:制备17种藏药材75%乙醇超声及水煎煮提取物,以金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌等13种临床常见病原菌为测试菌,采用96孔微孔板稀释法进行体外抑菌试验。结果:共有34种提取物对7种或7种以上常见病原菌具有不同程度的抑制作用,且对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌活性优于对大肠埃希菌的抑菌活性,其中西藏沙棘、杜鹃花、诃子水煎煮和75%乙醇超声提取物及篦齿虎儿草水煎煮提取物对13种常见病原菌均表现出不同程度的抗菌活性(MIC:0.98~125 mg/mL)。结论:西藏沙棘、杜鹃、诃子水煎煮和75%乙醇超声提取物及篦齿虎儿草水煎煮提取物呈现出较强的广谱抗菌活性,值得进一步深入研究。 objective:The aim of this study was to detect the in vitro antibacterial activity of 75%ethanol ultra⁃sonic and water decoction extracts from Seventeen kinds of common Tibetan medicinal materials,and to screen the common Tibetan medicinal materials with antibacterial activity.Methods:The 75%ethanol ultrasonic and water decoction extracts of 17 kinds of Tibetan medicinal materials were prepared.thirteen kinds of clinical com⁃mon pathogenic bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were used as test bacteria,and 96 well microplate dilution method was used for in vitro antibacterial test.Results:A total of thirty-four ex⁃tracts had different degrees of inhibition on seven or more common pathogens,and the antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus was better than that against Escherichia coli.The water extract of Tibetan Hip⁃pophae rhamnoides,Rhododendron,Terminalia chebula,Saxifraga umbellulata and 75%ethanol ultrasonic ex⁃tracts from Hippophae rhamnoides,Rhododendron,Terminalia chebula,all showed different extent of antibacteri⁃al activities against thirteen kinds of common pathogenic bacteria(MIC:0.98~125 mg/mL).Conclusion:The wa⁃ter extracts of Tibetan Hippophae rhamnoides,Rhododendron,Terminalia chebula,Saxifraga umbellulata and 75%ethanol ultrasonic extracts from Hippophae rhamnoides,Rhododendron,Terminalia chebula showed strong broad-spectrum antibacterial activities,which were worthy of further study.
