摘要
目的:比较使用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)与传统的痔疮切除术治疗重度痔疮对患者术后术区疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的影响。方法:选取2018年3月1日至2020年3月1日期间在广东省清远市阳山县中医院进行手术治疗的80例重度痔疮患者作为研究对象。根据患者入院顺序的单双号将其分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。为研究组患者使用PPH进行治疗,为对照组患者使用传统的痔疮切除术进行治疗。然后观察两组患者治疗的效果、各项手术指标、术区疼痛的VAS评分及发生并发症的情况。结果:研究组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,其术中的出血量少于对照组患者,其手术持续的时间及切口愈合的时间均短于对照组患者,其术区疼痛的VAS评分及并发症的发生率均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:与使用传统的痔疮切除术相比,使用PPH治疗重度痔疮的效果更好,患者术中的出血量更少,手术持续的时间更短,其术后康复的速度更快,术区疼痛的程度更轻,并发症的发生率更低。
Objective:To compare the effects of stapler superior hemorrhoid excision(PPH)and traditional hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids on visual analog scale(VAS)scores of postoperative pain in the operative area.METHODS:A total of 80 patients with severe hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment in Yangshan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Qingyuan City,Guangdong Province from March 1,2018 to March 1,2020 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the odd-even number of admission order.Patients in the study group were treated with PPH and patients in the control group were treated with conventional hemorrhoidectomy.Then,the treatment effect,various surgical indexes,VAS score and complications of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the duration of operation and the time of wound healing were shorter than that of the control group,the VAS score of the operation area pain and the incidence of complications were lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusions:compared with conventional hemorrhoidectomy,PPH is more effective in treating severe hemorrhoids with less intraoperative bleeding,shorter operative duration,faster postoperative recovery,less pain in the operative area,and a lower incidence of complicati ons.
