三黄泻心汤治疗动脉粥样硬化有效性的meta分析

Meta-analysis of the efficacy of Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction in the treatme nt of atherosclerosis

目的:采用meta分析法分析用三黄泻心汤治疗动脉粥样硬化(AS)的效果。方法:在PubMed、EMBASE、CENTRAL、CBM及CNKI等数据库中检索用三黄泻心汤治疗动脉粥样硬化的相关文献。对文献进行筛选及数据提取。对提取的数据进行meta分析。然后,观察分析的结果。结果:进行检索及筛选后,最终选择3篇符合规定的文献纳入本次研究。对3篇文献中的数据进行meta分析的结果显示,治疗后,两组患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的含量相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);三黄泻心汤组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量、血清总胆固醇(TC)的含量、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量、血清内皮素(ET)的含量、血浆血栓烷素B_(2)(TXB_(2))的含量及脑血管事件的发生率均低于常规治疗组患者,其血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量及血清6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的含量均高于常规治疗组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用三黄泻心汤治疗AS的效果显著,可降低患者血清炎症因子的含量,改善其血脂指标及血管内皮功能。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of atherosclerosis(AS)by Meta analysis.METHODS:The literatures about Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of atherosclerosis were retrieved from PubMed,EMBASE,Central,CBM and CNKI databases.Literature screening and data extraction were carried out.Meta-analysis was performed on the extracted data.Then,observe the results of the analysis.RESULTS:After searching and screening,3 articles that meet the requirements were finally selected to be included in this study.Meta-analysis of the data in the three literatures showed that after treatment,there was no significant difference in serum C-reactive protein(CRP)content between the two groups(P>0.05).The contents of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),serum endothelin(ET),plasma thromboxane B_(2)(TXB_(2))and cerebrovascular events in Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction group were investigated Were lower than those in conventional treatment group,and the content of serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and serum 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)were higher than those in conventional treatment group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanhuang Xiexin Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of AS,which can reduce the content of inflammatory factors in serum,improve the indexes of blood lipid and vascular endothelial function.
