摘要
不同程度的果胶脱甲基化赋予了细胞壁不同的功能,在细胞发育过程中起重要作用。果胶甲酯酶是一种细胞壁蛋白,主要催化细胞壁中果胶的去甲基化反应,在果胶代谢过程中起关键作用。此外,果胶甲酯酶与植物抗逆性、生长发育机制以及铝胁迫影响植物生长方面密切相关。随着人们生活水平的日益提高,从分子层面对植物进行研究,保障食品安全逐渐成为研究热点。本研究对果胶甲酯酶的两种结构模型、三种作用模式、应答病虫抗性及铝胁迫等方面进行总结,为进一步提高植物PME的表达提供参考。
Different degree of pectin demethylation endows the cell wall with different functions and plays an important role in cell development.Pectin methyl esterase is a cell wall protein that catalyzes the demethylation of pectin in the cell wall and plays a key role in pectin metabolism.In addition,pectinomethylesterase is closely related to plant stress tolerance,growth and development mechanism,and the effects of aluminum stress on plant growth.With the increasing improvement of people’s living standard,the study of plants from the molecular level has gradually become a research hotspot to ensure food safety.In this study,two structural models,three action models,response to disease and insect resistance and aluminum stress of pectinomethylesterase were summarized to provide reference for further improving the expression of PME in plants.
