The Threefold Logic of the Specialization of Teacher Education in China

摘要 专业化是教师职业的基础,是教师队伍建设的重要目标与根本旨归,教师专业化必然要求教师教育专业化。教师教育专业化是国际教师教育改革发展的趋势,也是我国新时代教师教育改革发展的重要论题。教师教育专业化主要体现在教师教育机构的专业化、教师教育学科专业的合法化、教师教育课程标准体系化和教师专业标准完善化。本文系统分析了我国教师教育专业化的历史逻辑、理论逻辑及实践逻辑,从而不断推进教师教育专业化水平。 Specialization is one of the basic requirements for professional teachers, so it becomes a fundamental objective and an important mission for the construction of the teaching staff, which naturally calls for the specialization of teacher education. This is not only the trend of international teacher education reform and development, but also a significant topic of teacher education reform and development in the new era of China. It is mainly embodied in the specialization of teacher education institutions, the legalization of teacher education disciplines and specialties, the systematization of teacher education curriculum standards and the perfection of professional teaching standards. This paper systematically analyses the historical logic, theoretical logic and practical logic of the specialization of teacher education in China, so as to constantly promote the level of the specialization of teacher education.
