摘要
学术活力在遭遇物化逻辑的统摄下,显现出了以绩效为主的衡量方式、"锦标赛"式的学术活力激励制度以及学术类型之间的失衡的共性要求,也表现出个体差异、不同科学部类的差异、高校类别间差异以及组织形式间的差异等方式的差异性冲突。学术活力的物化逻辑有着深刻的历史性以及现实性的因素,它既是对学术工作的制度化保障,又会对教师主观能动性造成一定的制约作用,需要客观认识学术活力的物化逻辑,减少学术活力的物化测量,并通过实施不同科学部类的差异化学术活力激励政策,提升高校与院系之间学术政策的契合度,激活学术组织的文化活力,进而促进学术活力的良性运转以及学术生产质量的提升。
Under the guidance of materialized logic, academic vitality shows the common requirements of performance-based measurement, championship style academic vitality incentive system and imbalance between academic types, as well as the conflicts of individual differences, differences between different scientific categories, differences between University categories and differences between organizational forms. The materialized logic of academic vitality has profound historical and realistic factors. It not only guarantees the institutionalization of academic work, but also restricts teachers’ subjective initiative. It objectively understands the materialized logic of academic vitality, reduces the materialized measurement of academic vitality, and promotes colleges and universities through the implementation of different incentive policies for different scientific sectors The degree of agreement with academic policies between departments and colleges can activate the cultural vitality of academic organizations, thus promoting the sound operation of academic vitality and the improvement of academic production quality.
