经筋灸法结合关节松动术治疗寒湿型膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tendon Moxibustion combined with Joint Mobilization in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis of Cold Dampness Type

目的观察经筋灸法结合关节松动术治疗寒湿型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的60例寒湿型膝骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规药物双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,治疗组采用经筋灸法联合关节松动术治疗。于治疗前后观察比较两组患者膝关节疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)和活动度(ROM)的差异,并评价临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率为96.67%(29/30),对照组为86.67%(26/30),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的膝关节VAS评分、WOMAC评分以及膝关节ROM较治疗前均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经筋灸法结合关节松动术可以有效改善寒湿型KOA患者膝关节疼痛以及功能障碍,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of tendon moxibustion combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of cold dampness type.Methods60 patients with cold dampness koa were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets, while the treatment group was treated with muscle moxibustion combined with joint mobilization. The differences of visual analogue scale(VAS), Western Ontario and McMaster UniversitiesOsteoarthritiS Index(WOMAC) and range of motion(ROM) were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results The effective rate was 96.67%(29/30) in the treatment group and 86. 67%(26/30) in the control group, andthe treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05). After treatment, the VAS score, WOMAC score and ROMof knee joint of the two groups were significantly improved(P< 0.05), and the treatment group was better than the controlgroup(P< 0.05).ConclusionTendon moxibustion combined with joint mobilization can effectively improve knee joint pain anddysfunction in patients with cold dampness koa, with significant effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
