中成药结合阿奇霉素贯序疗法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的有效性

目的中成药结合阿奇霉素贯序疗法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的有效性探讨。方法选取医院2019年10月—2020年10月收治的支原体肺炎患儿78例,全部患儿年龄≥5岁,以随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用阿奇霉素贯序疗法治疗,联合组采用中成药(肺力咳合剂)结合阿奇霉素贯序疗法治疗,比较两组治疗一个疗程、2个疗程、3个疗程后临床疗效,临床症状(咳嗽、气促、发热)改善时间,不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个疗程、2个疗程后,联合组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个疗程后,联合组临床治疗总有效率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);临床症状改善时间联合组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率联合组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床治疗中,以中成药结合阿奇霉素贯序疗法治疗见效快,临床疗效显著,能缩短治疗疗程,促进临床症状改善,且无明显不良反应,用药安全性较高。

Objective To explore the efficacy of azithromycin combined with Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children over 5 years old.MethodsSelection our hospital between October 2019 and October 2020 treated 78 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia, all the children were 5 years old, with random number table method is divided into two groups, control group adopts azithromycin sequential therapy, the joint group with azithromycin sequential therapy combined with Chinese patent medicine(lung cough mixture) treatment, compared two groups for a course of treatment, the clinical curative effect after the two period of treatment, three course, clinical symptom, cough, shortness of breath, fever) improve time, adverse reactions occur.ResultsAfter one course of treatment or two courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0. 05). After three courses of treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the combined groupand the control group in the total effective rate of clinical treatment(P> 0. 05). The improvement time of clinical symptoms inthe combined group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group and the control group(P> 0.05).ConclusionIn the clinical treatment of children mycoplasma pneumonia, azithromycin sequential therapy combined with Chinese patent medicine is effective and effective, can shorten the course of treatment, promote the improvement of clinical symptoms, and there is no obvious adverse reactions, drug safety is higher.
