血府逐瘀胶囊联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素注射液对多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者排卵率的影响

Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule Combined with HCG Injection on Ovulation Rate of Infertility Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的观察血府逐瘀胶囊联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)注射液对多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(LUFS)发生率、排卵率及妊娠率的影响。方法将50例已确诊为多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者作为本次临床研究对象,分为两组各25例,两组均在月经周期第35 d开始口服中药汤剂联合来曲唑治疗,在此基础上,在B超监测显示卵泡平均直径达18 mm或以上、尿LH(黄体生成素)测试阳性时治疗组采用血府逐瘀胶囊联合注射用绒促性素(HCG)注射液治疗,对照组单独用HCG注射液治疗,观察两组LUFS情况,并计算排卵率及妊娠率。结果LUFS发生率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。周期排卵率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。妊娠率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者,在口服中药汤剂联合来曲唑治疗基础上在排卵期加以血府逐瘀胶囊联合HCG注射液治疗,能降低LUFS发生率,提高排卵率及妊娠率。

Objective To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu capsule combined with human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)injection on the incidence of unruptured follicular luteinization syndrome(LUFS), ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility.MethodsFifty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility who have been diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome were taken as the subjects of this clinical study. They were divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group. The pregnancy rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P< 0. 05).ConclusionFor infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, on the basis of oral Chinese medicine decoction combined with letrozole treatment, Xuefu Zhuyu capsule combinedwith HCG injection treatment during ovulation period can reduce the incidence of LUFS and increase the ovulation rate.
