中医情志护理对高危妊娠孕产妇阴道分娩产后出血的影响

Nursing Effect of Emotional Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine onPostpartum Hemorrhage of High Risk Pregnant Women After Vaginal Delivery

目的研究中医情志护理对高危妊娠孕产妇阴道分娩产后出血的护理效果,分析中医情志护理的在临床护理上应用的可靠性。方法选取2019年—2020年医院收治的100例高危妊娠孕产妇产后阴道分娩出血患者作为调查对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规产后护理,观察组患者采用中医情志护理。观察两组患者的产后出血情况、宫缩强度、SAS和SDS评分。比较分析两种不同护理方式的应用效果。结果通过对两组产妇采用不同的护理方式,观察组产妇的SAS和SDS评分显著低于对照组,经过干预后不良情绪改善明显;观察组产妇的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对高危妊娠孕产妇阴道分娩产后出血患者采用中医情志护理具有良好的护理效果,可有效降低产妇产后出血率,从而有效促进产妇产后恢复,降低产妇产后负面情绪,提高产妇生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of TCM emotional nursing on postpartum hemorrhage during vaginal delivery of high-risk pregnant women, and to analyze the reliability of TCM emotional nursing in clinical nursing.MethodsA total of 100 patients with postpartum vaginal delivery bleeding in high-risk pregnant women who were admitted to the hospital from 2019 to 2020 were selected as the subjects of investigation. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received conventional postpartum care, and patients in the observation group received emotional care in traditional Chinese medicine. Observe the postpartum hemorrhage, contraction intensity, SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients. Compare and analyze the application effects of two different nursing methods.ResultsBy adopting different nursing methods for the two groups of parturients, the SAS and SDS scores of the parturients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the bad mood improved significantly after intervention;the nursing satisfaction of the parturients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0. 05).ConclusionTCM emotional nursing has a good nursing effect for high-risk pregnant women withvaginal delivery and postpartum hemorrhage. It can effectively reduce the rate of postpartum hemorrhage of the parturient,thereby effectively promoting the postpartum recovery of the parturient, reducing the negative mood of the parturient, and improving the quality of life of the parturient.
