顽痹康丸治疗发作期强直性脊柱炎肾虚湿热证临床观察

Clinical Observation of Wanbikang Pill(顽痹康丸)in Treating Periodical Ankylosing Spondylitis of Kidney Deficiency and Dampness-heat Syndrome

目的观察顽痹康丸治疗发作期强直性脊柱炎(AS)肾虚湿热证的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年6月—2020年6月风湿病科住院的强直性脊柱炎患者共60例,使用随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组及试验组,各30例,最终试验组28例,对照组29例。对照组予柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片联合塞来昔布胶囊,试验组在对照组基础上加用顽痹康丸,治疗周期共4周。比较两组患者治疗前后血清炎症因子(ESR、CPR)以及Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数(BASFI)变化情况。结果治疗后两组患者ESR、CPR较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者脊柱疼痛评分及BASFI较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后试验组血清炎症因子水平及脊柱疼痛程度较对照组低(P<0.05),但BASFI指数无统计学差异(P> 0.05)。结论对于发作期AS肾虚湿热证患者,加用顽痹康丸能够提高临床效果,减轻患者炎症因子水平及疼痛程度,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objectiveto observe the obstinate Wanbikang Pill( 顽痹康丸) in the treatment of periodical of Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS) the clinical curative effect of kidney empty damp heat syndrome.Methodsselect our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 rheumatism ankylosing spondylitis patients in hospital, a total of 60 cases, using a random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group patients 30 cases, 28 cases finally test group and control group in 29 cases. The control group was treated with enteric coated tablets combined with celecoxib capsule, and the experimental group was additionally treated with Wanbikang pill. The treatment period was 4 weeks. The changes of serum inflammatory factors(ESR CPR) and Bath functional index of Ankylosing Spondylitis(BASFI) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment, ESR and CPR in 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment, with statistical significance(P< 0. 05). After treatment, spinal pain score and BASFI in 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment, with statistical significance(P< 0. 05). After treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors and spinal pain in the test group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P< 0. 05), but there was no statistical difference in BASFI index(P> 0. 05).ConclusionFor patients with AS syndrome of kidney deficiency and dampness-heat in the onset stage, the addition of Wanbikang pill can improve the clinical effect, reduce the level of inflammatory factors and pain degree of patients, with good safety, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
