通络扶正汤辅助治疗脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫疗效及对运动功能的影响

The Effect of Tongluo Fuzheng Decoction(通络扶正汤)on the Treatment of Stroke Spastic Hemiplegia and Its Influence on Motor Function

目的探讨通络扶正汤辅助治疗脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效及对运动功能的影响。方法选取医院收治126例符合纳入标准的脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序编号后,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各63例。两组均予以常规治疗,对照组予以针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增用通络扶正汤,7 d为一个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、FMA评分、NIHSS评分、Barthel指数和痉挛改善情况。结果临床总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后FMA评分和Barthel指数明显高于对照组,NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。痉挛改善总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中痉挛性偏瘫患者采用通络扶正汤辅助治疗,可进一步提高疗效,对改善患者肢体运动功能、神经功能缺损程度、提高日常生活能力、改善肢体痉挛具有显著效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongluo Fuzheng Decoction(通络扶正汤) in the auxiliary treatment of stroke spastic hemiplegia and its influence on motor function.Methods126 cases of stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research objects. After being numbered according to the order of admission,they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table, with 63 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment, the control group was given acupuncture and the observation group was given Tongluo Fuzheng Decoction on the basis of the control group, 7 days as a course of treatment, 4 consecutive courses of treatment. The clinical efficacy, FMA score, NIHSS score, Barthel index and improvement of spasticity were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P< 0. 05).After treatment, the FMA score and Barthel index of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the controlgroup, and the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P< 0. 05). The total effective rate of spasmimprovement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P< 0. 05).ConclusionAdjuvant treatment ofTongluo Fuzheng Decoction for stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia can further improve the curative effect, and has significant effects on improving the motor function of the patients’ limbs, the degree of neurological deficit, the ability of daily living, and the improvement of limb spasticity.
