人工智能在辅助中医临床领域的研究现状与展望 被引量:17

摘要 随着大数据、深度学习算法和硬件等技术的不断发展和不断突破,人工智能(AI)与各个行业、领域不断交叉结合。通过文献的整理,发现AI辅助中医临床的技术和应用逐渐增多,大致可分为三个方面:分别是中医健康数据管理与治未病智能化、中医辨证智能化和施治智能化。辨证智能化包括舌诊、脉诊在内的四诊智能化,机器学习和专家系统等,施治智能化包括制定方药、针灸处方以及"智能针灸师"等。由中医数据到辨证、由辨证到施治,体现的是中医思维,AI辅助中医临床须借助数据客观化、标准化以及算法、模型等核心技术的创新和突破。厘清智能中医,尤其是AI辅助中医临床的过去、现在以及面临的难点与瓶颈,旨在更好的思考智能中医的发展方向与未来。 With the continuous development and breakthrough of technologies such as big data, deep learning algorithms and hardware, artificial intelligence(AI) has been interwoven with various industries and fields. Through literature sorting, it is found that AI-assisted TCM clinical technologies and applications are gradually increasing, which can be roughly divided into three aspects, namely intelligent TCM health data management and prevention of disease, intelligent TCM syndrome differentiation and intelligent treatment. Intelligent TCM syndrome differentiation includes the intelligence of tongue diagnosis, pulse diagnosis, machine learning and expert system, etc. Intelligent treatment includes prescription formulation, acupuncture prescription and "intelligent acupuncturist". From TCM data to syndrome differentiation as well as from syndrome differentiation to treatment, it reflects the thinking of TCM. AI should assist TCM clinical practice with the innovation and breakthrough of data objectification, standardization, algorithm, model and other core technologies. Clarifying the past and present situation, difficulties and bottlenecks of intelligent TCM,especially AI-assisted TCM,can better consider the development direction and future of intelligent TCM.
