中药藤梨根有效成分及其抗肿瘤作用研究进展

Research Progress on Effective Components and Anti-tumor Effects of Root of Tengli(Actinidia Chinensis)

藤梨根是一种常用的清热解毒类的抗肿瘤中药,在我国各地广泛分布,是我国特有的品种。其主要成分包括三萜类、黄酮类、甾体类及生物碱类等,随着现代科技的不断发展,人们对藤梨根的抗肿瘤有效成分及作用机制不断探索,发现其对多种肿瘤均有抑制作用。因此,通过查阅近10年来关于中药藤梨根的有效成分及其抗肿瘤作用的相关文献,对其归纳总结,以期能为下一步关于藤梨根的研究及应用提供参考。

The root of Tengli(Actinidia chinensis) is a commonly used anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat and relieving toxin. It is widely distributed throughout China and is a unique specie in China. Its main components include triterpenes, flavones, steroids and alkaloids, etc. With the continuous development of modern technology, people have continuously explored the anti-tumor active ingredients and action mechanism of the root of Tengli(Actinidia chinensis), and it is found that it has inhibitory effects on many tumors. Therefore, by reviewing the relevant literature on the active ingredients of the root of Tengli(Actinidia chinensis) and its anti-tumor effect in the past ten years, this article summarized them in order to provide reference for the future research and application of the root of Tengli(Actinidia chinensis).
