Duan Fujin’s Experience on Treating Leucorrhea Disease

带下病是妇科常见病、多发病,临床表现为带下量明显增多或减少,色、质、气味异常,或伴全身或局部症状者。带下病的病因病机古今医家认识各异。段富津教授认为带下病的主要病因在于脾失健运,影响津液生成、输布、利用、排泄,水湿内生下注成带;肝气郁滞影响脾气运转;中气下陷,清阳不升,浊阴下注为带。治疗上,段富津教授强调重视健脾、兼顾疏肝、善用风药。通过对段富津教授治疗带下病的经验进行分析,以示段富津教授治疗带下病的思路及灵活多变的辨证特点,以期为临床上带下病的辨证论治提供参考。

Leucorrhea disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease in gynecology. The clinical manifestation is that the leucorrhea volume is significantly increased or decreased, and the color, quality and smell are abnormal, or it is accompanied by systemic or local symptoms. The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are different in ancient and modern doctors. professor DUAN Fujin believes that the main cause is spleen deficiency, which affects the production, distribution, utilization and excretion of body fluid, and endogenous water and moisture leads to leucorrhea disease. Liver Qi stagnation affects spleen Qi movement. The middle Qi subsides, the clear Yang does not rise, and the turbid Yin pours down to cause leucorrhea disease.
