高原鳅属鱼类线粒体DNA和微卫星标记开发研究进展

A Review:Research Progress on Mitochondrial DNA and Microsatellite Markers of Highland Loach in Genus Triplophysa

高原鳅属Triplophysa鱼类主要分布于亚洲中部的高原地区,对高原环境表现出极强的适应性,是世界上已知分布海拔最高的鱼类。本文通过综述高原鳅属鱼类线粒体DNA、微卫星标记开发的研究现状以及保护遗传学研究进展,为该属鱼类资源的保护提供遗传参考数据。

Highland loach in genus Triplophysa,as a strong adaptability to the plateau environment fish with and the highest distribution altitude,are mainly distributed in the highlands of central Asia.The research advances in mitochondrial DNA and microsatellite markers of highland loach Triplophysa fishes are reviewed,and the research progress of these molecular technologies in the conservation of the genus fish resources are expounded,providing important genetic reference data for the protection of fish resources in genus Triplophysa.
