《医经大旨》征引《丹溪医案》考述

The quotations of Yijing Dazhi from the Danxi Yi An

《医经大旨》为明代海盐贺岳所著,书中引用了《丹溪医案》的部分内容,部分医案为首次发现。运用文献学方法将《医经大旨》征引《丹溪医案》内容,与《丹溪医按》《格致余论》《丹溪纂要》《丹溪治法心要》等书中所记载的朱丹溪医案对比研究,证明《丹溪医案》与《丹溪医按》实为2本书。此外,《医经大旨》征引《丹溪医案》的部分内容,保存完整,对校勘其他医著中所记载的朱丹溪医案有重要参考价值。

The Yijing Dazhi(医经大旨,Great Illustrated Directions on Medical Classics)was written by Haiyan He Yue in the Ming Dynasty.This book cited some sections from the Danxi Yi An(丹溪医案,Danxi's Medical Cases),and some cases in this book were new discoveries.Using the method of philology,this paper compared the cited sections from the Danxi Yi An(丹溪医案)in The Yijing Dazhi with the medical records in Danxi Yi An(丹溪医按),Gezhi Yu Lun(格致余论,Further Discourses on the Properties of Things),Danxi Zuanyao(丹溪先生医书纂要,Collected Essentials of Master Danxi's Medical Book),and Danxi Zhifa Xinyao(丹溪治法心要,Heart and Essentials of Danxi's Treatment Methods).It found that Danxi Yi An(丹溪医案)and Danxi Yi An(丹溪医按)are actually two individual books.In addition,the contents of Yijing Dazhi cited from Danxi Yi An(丹溪医案)are well preserved and have important reference value for collating the medical records of Zhu Danxi in other relevant medical archives.
