Comparative Research Progress on Conservative Treatment and Operative Treatment of Distal Radius Fractures

桡骨远端骨折是常见的骨折类型之一,治疗方法众多,但未形成一种公认的治疗模式。传统的保守治疗方式虽被广大医患所接受,但随着医疗手段的进步,手术治疗率逐年升高,因此两种治疗方式的疗效备受学者关注。数篇文献显示,手术会带来更多并发症的可能,而保守治疗则无法更好的进行解剖复位。文章旨在选择出针对不同类型的桡骨远端骨折的最优治疗方案,以对临床工作的有效开展提供理论依据。

Distal radial fracture is one of the most common fracture types. There are many treatment methods,but there is no accepted treatment mode. Traditional conservative treatment has been accepted by doctors and patients. With the progress of medical means,the surgical treatment rate has been increasing year by year,so the efficacy of the two treatment methods has attracted much attention from scholars. Several articles have shown that although both treatments are effective,there are still advantages and disadvantages. Operative treatment may bring more complications,however,conservative treatment is unable to perform better anatomic reduction. The purpose of this paper is to select the optimal treatment for different types of distal radius fractures,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the effective clinical work.
