从“瘀”论治糖尿病周围神经病变研究简况

Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy from lood Stasis

目的对糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetie peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的病因病机"瘀"进行探索研究。方法首先,从中西医两个方面介绍糖尿病周围神经病变的研究进展。其次,依据中医古籍中对该病一些相关症状和病机的描述,并参考中医学界对其相关理论的一些观点,探讨瘀与糖尿病周围神经病变的密切联系。最后,从活血化瘀的意义及其临床应用等方面分别阐述了糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗。结果血瘀是糖尿病周围神经病变的重要病理产物。结论中医药在临床治疗糖尿病周围神经病变时,是可以通过从瘀的角度寻求到治疗的方法,并且是至关重要的。

Objective To explore the important etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Firstly,the research progress of diabetic peripheral neuropathy was introduced fromtraditional Chinese and western medicine. Secondly,according to the description of some related symptoms and pathogenesis of the disease in ancient medical books,and referring to some viewpoints of scholars on its related theories,this paper discussed the close relationship between lood stasis nd diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Finally,the significance of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and its clinical application were described in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Results Blood stasis is an important pathological product of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine can be used to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy from lood stasis,and it is very important.
