中西医结合治疗小粗隆的修复对不稳定粗隆间骨折的影响

Influence of Repair of Inferior Trochanter on Unstable Intertrochanteric Fracture under Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment

现阶段我国人口呈现老龄化趋势,交通事故的逐渐增多,使得股骨粗隆间骨折成为现阶段临床常见骨折病之一。近年来,包括股骨大、小粗隆部粉碎骨折的不稳定型骨折发病率不断上升,多种的手术治疗方式,如:股骨近端锁定钢板、DHS、PFNA等,在临床中各自发挥着自己独特的优势,再辅以中医药治疗,极大地缩短了患者的康复时间。但随着理论、科技和材料发展的同时,越来越多的临床工作者发现,小粗隆的修复对股骨粗隆间骨折术后患处的稳定性,减少术后髋内翻等并发症有重要意义。文章在大量查阅国内外文献后,将中西医结合治疗小粗隆的修复对不稳定粗隆间骨折的影响予以综述。

Currently,the population of our country is showing an aging trend,and social development traffic accidents are gradually increasing,making femoral intertrochanteric fractures one of the common clinical fracture diseases. In recent years,the incidence of unstable fractures including comminuted fractures of the large and small tuberosity of the femur has been increasing. Various surgical treatment methods,such asproximal femoral locking plate,DHS and PFNA,have their own roles in clinical practice. The unique advantages,supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine treatment,greatly shorten the patient’s recovery time. However,with the development of theory,technologyand materials,more and more clinicians have discovered that the repair of the minor trochanter can improve the stability of the affected area after femoral intertrochanteric fractures,and reduce postoperative complications such as hip varus. In this paper,after a large number of domestic and foreign articles,the effect of the repair of the small trochanter under the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on unstable intertrochanteric fractures was reviewed.
