五苓散加减治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Wuling Powder(五苓散)in the Treatment of Infantile Autumn Diarrhea

目的分析小儿秋季腹泻在常规西药治疗基础上采用五苓散加减治疗,对改善患儿临床症状,提高患儿治疗效果的作用。方法选择医院儿科门诊于2018年1月—2020年10月收治的小儿秋季腹泻患儿100例作为研究对象,根据患者治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各50例,其中对照组患者采用抗病毒、补液等常规西药治疗方法,观察组患者在此基础上联合五苓散加减治疗方法,收集两组患儿治疗效果、临床指标、排泄次数、大便性状评分以及家长治疗满意度情况。结果治疗前,两组患儿排泄次数、大便性状评分差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿排泄次数、大便性状评分均明显低于对照组,治疗有效率明显高于对照组,止泻时间、退热时间、住院时间明显低于对照组,家长治疗满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对小儿秋季腹泻患儿,采用常规西药治疗措施,能够取得一定的治疗效果,且在其基础上联合五苓散加减治疗方法,能够有效改善患儿临床症状,缩短患儿治疗时间,提高患者临床治疗效果,患儿家长认可度高,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Wuling powder on improving the clinical symptoms and treatment effect of children with autumn diarrhea on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment. Methods 100 cases of children with autumn diarrhea in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine such as antiviral and rehydration,while patients in the observation group were treated with Wuling powder on this basis The treatment effect,clinical indicators,excretion frequency,stool character score and parents’ satisfaction with treatment were analyzed. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the number of excretion and stool character scores between the two groups( P >0. 05);after treatment,the scores of excretion times and stool characteristics of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the treatment effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,the diarrhea stopping time,fever reducing time and hospitalization time were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the parents’ treatment satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the control group The difference was statistically significant( P< 0. 05). Conclusion for children with autumn diarrhea,the use of conventional western medicine treatment measures,can achieve a certain therapeutic effect,and on its basis combined with Wuling powder treatment method,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children,shorten the treatment time,improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,parents of children with high recognition,with high clinical application value,worthy of wide application.
