基于“3H”理论的全程优质护理联合血必净对重症肺炎患儿症状改善、负性情绪和智能发育的影响

Effect of whole Course High Quality Nursing based on "3H" Theory Combined with Xuebijing on Symptom Improvement,Negative Emotion and Intelligence Development of Children with Severe Pneumonia

目的研究探讨基于"3H"理论的全程优质护理联合血必净化瘀解毒对重症肺炎患儿症状改善、负性情绪和智能发育的影响。方法收集2018年6月—2020年6月期间郑州大学第一附属医院收治的106例重症肺炎患儿分为观察组和对照组各53例。对照组给予血必净治疗并辅以常规护理,观察组增加"3H"理论指导的优质护理干预。对两组患儿的临床症状改善情况、住院时间、焦虑状态、抑郁状态、智能发育、家长对护理干预的满意度等进行统计对比。结果观察组退热、气促消失、止咳时间、住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患儿汉密尔顿焦虑量表-14(HAMA-14)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表-17(HAMD-17)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组患儿的小儿智能发育量表(MDI)、心理运动发育指数(PDI)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家长对护理干预满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 "3H"理论指导下的全程优质护理联合血必净化瘀解毒对重症肺炎患儿的护理效果显著,可促进患儿迅速康复,解除各项负性情绪,可改善智能发育能力,提高家长对治疗干预的满意度。

Objective To study the effect of whole course high quality nursing based on "3H" theory combined with Xuebijing Huayu Jiedu on symptom improvement,negative emotion and intelligence development of children with severe pneumonia.Methods 106 children with severe pneumonia in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each group. The control group was given Xuebijing Huayu Jiedu treatment and routine nursing,while the observation group was given whole course high-quality nursing intervention based on " 3H" theory on the basis of the control group. The improvement of clinical symptoms,length of stay,anxiety,depression,intelligence development,parents’ satisfaction with nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The fever,shortness of breath disappeared,cough relieving time and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P< 0. 05). After the intervention,the scores of( HAMA-14) and( HAMD-17) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P< 0. 05). After the intervention,the scores of MDI and PDI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P< 0. 05). The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P< 0. 05). Conclusion The whole course high-quality nursing based on " 3 H" theory combined with Xuebijing Huayu Jiedu has good intervention effect on children with severe pneumonia,which can improve the symptoms of children,shorten the hospitalization time,promote the intelligent development of children,and parents’ satisfaction is good,which has high clinical application value.
