可溶性髓系细胞触发受体-1和降钙素原在呼吸道感染诊断中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨可溶性髓系细胞触发受体-1(sTREM-1)和降钙素原(PCT)在呼吸道感染诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月医院收治的60例呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,按照是否为细菌感染分为细菌感染组和非细菌感染组,每组30例;选取同期入院体检的30名健康人员为对照组;比较3组血清sTREM-1、PCT水平,并分析sTREM-1、PCT单独检测与联合检测对呼吸道感染的诊断效能。结果细菌感染组血清sTREM-1、PCT水平均高于非细菌感染组和对照组(P<0.05);非细菌感染组血清sTREM-1、PCT水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。ROC分析结果显示,s TREM-1诊断呼吸道感染的灵敏度为89.35%,特异度为67.99%,曲线下面积(AUC)为0.814;PCT诊断呼吸道感染的灵敏度为84.22%,特异度为85.04%,AUC为0.862;联合检测诊断呼吸道感染的灵敏度为94.27%,特异度为92.60%,AUC为0.941;联合检测的灵敏度、特异度均高于单独检测。结论 sTREM-1和PCT在呼吸道感染诊断中均具有一定的价值,联合检测的诊断效能高于两种方法单独检测。
