摘要 目的探究强光疗联合白蛋白治疗重度新生儿黄疸患儿的疗效。方法选择2020年5-11月医院收治的56例重度新生儿黄疸患儿,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各28例。对照组给予强光疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予白蛋白,比较两组胆红素[直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、总胆红素(TBIL)]水平、治疗结果、临床指标及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗后DBIL、IBIL、TBIL水平均低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,黄疸持续时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组光疗时间、不良反应总发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论强光疗联合白蛋白治疗重度新生儿黄疸患儿的疗效突出,能够有效降低胆红素水平,促进黄疸消失,缩短住院时间,预防不良反应。 Objective The treatment effects of intensive phototherapy combined with albumin in severe jaundice neonates were investigated.Methods 56 severe jaundice neonates treated in the hospital from May to November in 2020 were selected and grouped by random number table,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received intensive phototherapy,while the test group received intensive phototherapy combined with albumin.The level of bilirubin[including direct bilirubin(DBIL),indirect bilirubin(IBIL)and total bilirubin(TBIL)],treatment effects,clinical index and advent reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of DBIL,IBIL and TBIL in the test group were all lower than those in the control group,the total effective rate in the test group was higher than that in the control group,the duration of jaundice and hospital stay in the test group were both shorten than those in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).When the phototherapy treatment time and incidence of advent reactions in the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The treatment effects of intensive phototherapy combined with albumin applied in severe jaundice neonates are obvious.The bilirubin levels could be reduced effectively,the disappearance of jaundice symptoms could be accelerated,hospital stay could be shorten and adverse reactions could be prevented.
