一种便携式多功能头部引流悬挂装置的制作与临床应用

摘要 目的探讨一种便携式多功能头部引流悬挂装置的制作与临床应用。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月医院收治的62例行脑室引流术的高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,根据术后留置的脑室引流管及引流瓶(袋)的不同固定方式分为对照组(30例)与观察组(32例)。对照组采用绷带、输液架等常规手段悬挂固定,观察组采取便携式多功能头部引流悬挂装置固定,比较两组头部引流悬挂装置固定时间、高度测量精确率、脑室引流管留置时间及术后并发症发生率。结果护士首次为观察组固定好头部引流管及引流瓶(袋)的用时为(2.36±0.39)min,短于对照组的(4.51±0.96)min,差异有统计学意义(t=11.411,P<0.001);观察组高度精确率为98.53%±0.28%,高于对照组的72.63%±4.96%,差异有统计学意义(t=28.543,P<0.001);观察组脑室引流管留置时间为(5.22±0.48)d,短于对照组的(6.72±0.59)d,差异有统计学意义(t=10.938,P<0.001);观察组并发症发生率为6.25%(2/32),低于对照组的13.33%(4/30),但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.889,P=0.346)。结论便携式多功能头部引流悬挂装置操作简单、高度精确率高,可以明显减少护士的工作量,缩短患者脑室引流管留置时间,降低引流不当造成的并发症发生率,对于强化护理细节管理具有积极意义。 Objective The manufacture and clinical application of a kind of portable multifunctional head drainage suspension device were explored.Methods A total of 62 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent ventricular drainage and were admitted to the hospital between June 2017 and June 2019 were enrolled in this study.According to different fixation methods of indwelling ventricle drainage tube and drainage bottle(bag)after surgery,they were divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(32 cases).The hanged and fixed means in the control group was routine(bandages,infusion support,etc.),while the fixation in the observation group were realized with the help of a kind of multifunctional head drainage suspension device.The fixation time of head drainage suspension device,accuracy rate of height measurement,indwelling time of ventricular drainage tube and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The average time of nurses'fixing head drainage tubes and drainage bottles(bags)for patients for the first time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(2.36±0.39)min vs(4.51±0.96)min](t=11.411,P<0.001);The accuracy rate of height measurement in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group[(98.53±0.28)%vs(72.63±4.96)%](t=28.543,P<0.001);The average indwelling time of ventricular drainage tube in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(5.22±0.48)d vs(6.72±0.59)d](t=10.938,P<0.001);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[6.25%(2/32)vs 13.33%(4/30)],but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.889,P=0.346).Conclusions The operation of this kind of portable multifunctional head drainage suspension device is easy and meanwhile the accuracy rate was high.This device can significantly reduce the workload of nurses,shorten indwelling time of ventricular drainage tube,and reduce incidence of complications caused by improper drainage,showing positive significance for strengthening the management of nursing details.
