摘要
与上一代纤维内镜比较,现代消化道内镜的结构设计及软件技术均有了大幅度的提升,具有操作性更强、显示图像更加清晰的优点,使其成为较为普及的微创治疗手段。该文介绍了消化道内镜的发展现状,分析其主要技术特点和应用特点,着重介绍了图像处理技术;并阐述了消化道内镜技术的发展趋势,着重介绍了激光共焦显微内镜和超声内镜。
Compared with the previous generation of fiber endoscope,the structure design and software technology of modern gastrointestinal endoscopy have made great progress,possessing the advantages of stronger operability and clearer display image,which makes it a more popular minimally invasive treatment method.This paper introduced the development status of gastrointestinal endoscopy,analyzed its main technical and application characteristics,focusing on the image processing technology.Besides,the development trend of gastrointestinal endoscopy technology was elaborated,focusing on the laser confocal microscope and ultrasonic endoscope.
