谷胱甘肽对克氏原螯虾生长和抗高温应激的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为探明谷胱甘肽(GSH)对克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)生长和抗高温应激能力的影响,将实验虾随机分成6组,每组设置3个平行,每个平行30尾虾,空白对照组投喂市售商品饲料,另外5组分别投喂谷胱甘肽添加量为0.06、0.12、0.18、0.24、0.3 g/kg的饲料。饲养6周后,测定各实验组的增重率,并在35℃水温进行持续48 h高温应激实验,分别于0、6、12、24、48 h采集血淋巴,测定血淋巴中谷胱甘肽转移酶(GSH-T)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果显示:高温应激下,与对照组相比,0.24 g/kg和0.30 g/kg浓度组克氏原螯虾血淋巴中T-SOD、T-AOC、CAT、GSH-T的水平显著增高,MDA水平显著降低,表明添加量为0.24 g/kg、0.30 g/kg的谷胱甘肽能显著提高克氏原螯虾的抗高温应激能力。生长方面,除了0.06 g/kg添加组外,所有添加组的增重率比空白组显著提高,其中0.30 g/kg添加组增重率最高。结果表明,添加量为0.24 g/kg、0.30 g/kg的谷胱甘肽不仅能显著提高克氏原螯虾机体的抗应激能力,还对生长具有明显促进作用。 The experimental shrimps were randomly divided into 6 groups,with 3 parallels in each group,and 30 experimental shrimps in each parallel group to study the effect of glutathione(GSH)on the anti-high temperature stress(HTS)and growth of Procambarus clarkii..The blank control group was fed commercial feed,and the other five groups were fed bait with glutathione addition of 0.06,0.12,0.18,0.24,and 0.30 g/kg.After feeding for 6 weeks,the weight gain rate of each experimental group was measured.The anti-HTS experiment was performed under 35℃,and last for 48 hours.The hemolymph was collected at 0,6,12,24 and 48h for the determination of glutathione transferase(GSH-T),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),catalase(CAT),and malondialdehyde(MDA),respectively.The results showed that,the 0.24 and 0.30 g/kg concentration groups significantly increased the levels of T-SOD,T-AOC,CAT and GSH-T,while significantly reducing the level of MDA in the hemolymph of P.clarkii under high temperature stress,compared with the control group,indicating that the addition of glutathione at 0.24 and 0.30 g/kg could significantly enhance the resistance to high temperature stress of P.clarkii.In terms of growth,the weight gain rate of all the other addition groups was significantly higher than that of the blank group except for the 0.06 g/kg addition group.The 0.30 g/kg supplement group had the highest weight gain rate.The results reveal that the addition of glutathione at 0.24 and 0.30 g/kg could not only significantly improve the anti-stress ability of P.clarkii,but also have a significant effect on promoting growth.
