Research on the Practice Teaching of Full-time Education Postgraduates

摘要 全国教育专业学位研究生教育指导委员会关于《全日制教育硕士专业学位研究生指导性培养方案(修订)》的通知,对全日制教育硕士研究生实践教学提出了更高要求,如何将之落到实处是这一更高要求实现的关键。遵循研究生培养规律,立足全日制教育硕士研究生的实践教学的目标、学程和任务的基础,对其实践教学的模式、实践教学模式的实施路径与应达到的标准进行了论述,全日制教育硕士研究生实践教学是活动教育模式,该模式具有经验性、发现性、实验性特征;其实施路径应基于学科特色,要把好关键节点,进行数量和质量、管理相结合的综合评价;其保障体系基于组织特色,应建立由目标定位、质量规范、资源保证、教学运行、质量管理为一体的实践教学质量保障体系,实施一级培养单位和二级培养单位两级教学质量监控体制,多种形式结合,达到实践教学质量持续改进的目标。 The notice of the National Education Steering Committee on the Guidance Training Plan for Full-time Education Postgraduates with Professional Degree(Revised)sets higher requirements for the practical teaching of full-time education postgraduates.How to put it into practice is the key to realize this higher requirement.Following the law of postgraduate training and based on the goal,learning process and task of the practice teaching of full-time education postgraduate students,this paper discusses the practice teaching mode,its implementation path and the standards that should be achieved.The practice teaching of full-time education postgraduates is the mode of activity education and the mode has the characteristics of experience,discovery and experiment.The path of its implementation should be based on the characteristics of the subject,and the key nodes should be well placed,and the comprehensive evaluation should be carried out combining quantity,quality and management.The guarantee system is based on the characteristics of the organization,which should be composed of target positioning,quality standard,resource guarantee,teaching operation and quality management and implement the two-level teaching quality monitoring system of the first-level training unit and the second-level training unit,and combine various forms to achieve the goal of continuous improvement of practical teaching quality.
