摘要
高校大学生就业问题已经成为社会发展热点问题,受到整个社会的密切关注。如何找到最佳的解决路径,其根本在于掌握当代大学生的就业影响因素,做好大学生就业偏好分析预测,进而指导大学生高质量就业。基于大学生就业影响因素的问卷调查定量化数据统计,对影响高校大学生就业代表性的五个因素,即性别、家庭所在地、父母受教育水平、个人个性及家庭经济状况进行分析,建立大学生群体的就业偏好模型并再次进行方差分析、均值分析及序分析,在此基础上建立WOA-LSSVM预测回归模型并有针对性进行个体特定倾向性分析。此模型对高校大学生就业具有重要指导作用。
The employment problem of college students has become a hot issue of social development,which is closely concerned by the whole society.How to find the best way to solve the problem lies in mastering the influencing factors of contemporary college students’employment and doing a good job in analyzing and forecasting their employment preference,so as to guide college students to obtain high-quality employment.Based on quantified the influence factor of university students’employment questionnaire data statistics,five factors affecting the university students’employment representative,namely,gender,family location,parents’education level,individual personality and family economic level were analyzed,and establish a group of college students employment preference model and variance analysis,mean analysis and order analysis again,On this basis,WOA-LSSVM predictive regression model was established and individual specific propensity analysis was carried out.This model has an important guiding effect on the employment of college students.
