脑梗死患者血清中的铅 锌 铜与性别的相关性研究

Investigation of the correlation between the levels of lead(Pb),Zinc(Zn),Copper(Cu)and gender in serum of patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨脑梗死患者血清中的铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)与性别的相关性研究。方法收集2014年10月至2020年9月来自福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院神经内科符合纳入和排除标准的脑梗死患者108例,其中男性70例,女性38例。对照组110例,所有纳入者于体检日或住院当日抽取静脉血,离心后将血清置于于-80℃冰箱中保存备用。结果脑梗死和对照组年龄、血压、血糖、血脂、心房颤动、动脉硬化和斑块等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清中的铅、锌、铜差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但脑梗死患者的男性患者多于女性患者,男性患者的铅、锌含量高于女性。结论除了目前公认的年龄、血压、血糖、血脂、心房颤动、动脉硬化和斑块等因素是脑梗死的独立危险因素外,血清中铅、锌的含量可能也是脑梗死的危险因素。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the levels of lead(Pb),zinc(Zn),copper(Cu and gender in serum of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 542 patients from Department of Neurology and healthy physical examination center of the Second People′ s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2014 to September 2020 were collected,among them,108 patients(70 males,38 females)with cerebral infarction who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included,One hundred and ten healthy subjects were included as the control group. Venous blood was drawn from the day of physical examination or hospitalization. After centrifugation, the serum was stored in-80 ℃ refrigerator. Results There were significant differences in age,blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid,atrial fibrillation,arteriosclerosis and plaqueand between the two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum Pb,Zn and Cu between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the number of male patients with cerebral infarction were more than the number of female patients. The contents of Pb and Zn in male patients were higher than those in female patients. Conclusion In addition to age,blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipids,atrial fibrillation,arteriosclerosis and plaques,which are recognized as independent risk factors for cerebral infarction,changes in serum contents of Pb and Zn may also be the risk factors for cerebral infarction.
