摘要 低氮燃烧器配合烟气再循环系统FGR可以很好的抑制NO_(X)的生成,现有技术是根据人工经验或者负荷来调节FGR开度,属于开环控制,并不能始终保证锅炉尾气氮氧化物的排放浓度符合要求。本文基于最小二乘算法,引入时变遗忘因子和加权因子,给出一种时变遗忘因子和加权配合的递推辨识算法,实时调节FGR开度,文中重点分析了所提算法的性质及指数收敛性。最后,在两种不同工况下,分别给出了已有FRG控制技术和本文控制算法的仿真结果,来验证所提算法的有效性和优越性。 Low NO_(X) burner equipped with flue gas recirculation(FGR)can significantly restrained the NO_(X)formation.The conventional technology is to adjust the opening of FGR according to manual experience or the boiler’s load,which belongs to open loop control and cannot always guarantee that the flue’s concentration of NO_(X) emission be up to the standard.In this paper,based on the least square algorithm,a recursive identification algorithm of time-varying forgetting factor and weighted factor is proposed,which can adjust the FGR opening in real time.The properties and exponential convergence of the proposed algorithm are considered.At last,under two different conditions,the simulation results of the conventional FRG control technology and the proposed control algorithm are given to verify the efficiency and superiority of the proposed algorithm.
