随着互联网的迅猛发展,在线网络课程学习逐渐成为大众学习的新模式。基于在线用户学习中往往存在许多困惑,本文应用人工智能技术识别教育技术领域用户计算机类课程问题的真实意图并返回用户需要的答案,采用jieba分词、TF-IDF模型、朴素贝叶斯分类等技术开发了“计算机类课程智能问答助手”。在节省人力物力成本开销的同时,也为计算机知识的普及提供了便捷途径。

With the rapid development of the Internet,online online course learning has gradually become a new mode of mass learning.There are often many puzzles in online user learning,in this paper,artificial intelligence technology is applied to identify the real intention of computer course questions for users in the field of educational technology and return the answers required by users,using JIEBA word segmentation,TF-IDF model,Naive Bayes classification and other technologies to develop"intelligent question-answering assistant for computer courses".While saving manpower and material cost,it also provides a convenient way for the popularization of computer knowledge.
