国务院明确政务服务全国“一网通办”的五年建设计划正式成为全国电子政务服务建设和政务服务改革的最新要求。特别是此次“一网通办”的建设任务明确国家负责建设总的对接平台和基础支撑平台,同时赋予地方自主权,各地可以省级为单位自行先行先试探索本区域的“一网通办”发展模式。
