摘要
在大变局时代下,针对国内汽车企业创新人才队伍短板明显,存在着领军人才短缺、创新能力不强、动力活力不足等突出问题,文章创新地提出要以人才管理的创新和变革为抓手,突破惯性思维和传统做法,持续提高人才队伍能力、激发人才动力活力,为企业创新转型发展提供组织保证和人才支撑。
In the era of big change,in view of the domestic automobile enterprise innovation talent team short board,there is a shortage of leading talents,the innovation ability is not strong,such outstanding problems as insufficient power vigor,the innovation to the talent management innovation and change is proposed,and break through inertial thinking and traditional practices,continue to improve the ability of the talent team,stimulate the motivation and vitality of the talent,to provide organizational guarantee and talent support for the innovation and transformation development of enterprises.
