摘要 文章提出了一种基于M脚本的四驱纯电动汽车扭矩分配方法,该方法根据系统效率最优法进行前后电机扭矩分配,通过输入某车型相关参数和M脚本,自动计算不同车速、不同轮边扭矩下的损耗功率,并自动提取最小损耗功率和对应的前电机扭矩分配比例系数,最后得到前电机扭矩分配比例系数MAP。通过对多种分配方式计算结果的对比分析,证明所提出的扭矩分配方法是可行的,能够为车企在节能减排方面提供一定的指导。 A torque distribution method of all-wheel drive electric vehicle based on M script is proposed.The efficiency of the method is based on the system optimal method before and after the motor torque distribution,through the input model related parameters,M scripting automation calculation under different speed,different wheel torque loss power,the automatic extraction of the minimum power loss and the corresponding coefficient of motor torque distribution ratio,and finally get coefficient of motor torque distribution ratio before the MAP.Through the comparative analysis of the calculation results of various distribution methods,it is proved that the proposed torque distribution method is feasible,and can provide a certain guiding significance for vehicle enterprises in energy saving and emission reduction.
