妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的早期治疗对妊娠的影响分析

Effect of Early Treatment of Pregnancy with Subclinical Hypothyroidism on Pregnancy Outcome

目的:观察早期治疗妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的效果及对妊娠结局的影响。方法:对某院2019年1月~2020年6月期间收治的76例妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症进行研究,按数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各38例,其中对照组未采取药物治疗,观察组给予早期药物治疗,观察并对比两组患者甲状腺激素水平变化情况及妊娠结局。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的甲状腺功能各指标水平均达到正常值范围,但对照组各指标水平控制效果较差,观察组各指标水平明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胎盘早剥、羊水异常、早产儿、新生儿窒息等母婴不良结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症开展早期药物治疗,有效恢复甲状腺激素水平,降低母婴不良结局发生率,可确保母婴安全,具有重要的研究价值。

Objective:To observe the effect of early treatment of pregnancy complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism and the effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods:A total of 76 cases of pregnancy complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism treated in a hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method,with 38 cases in each group,in which the control group did not take drug treatment,the observation group was given early drug treatment,and the changes of thyroid hormone levels and pregnancy outcomes in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of all indicators of thyroid function in the observation group reached the normal range,but the control of each indicator level in the control group was less effective,and the level of each indicator in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes such as placental abruption,amniotic fluid abnormality,premature infants and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is of great research value to initiate early medical treatment for pregnancy complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism,which can effectively restore thyroid hormone levels and reduce the incidence of adverse maternal and fetal outcomes,and ensure maternal and infant safety.
