经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的并发症分析

Analysis of the Complications of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty for Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

目的:分析经皮椎体成形术对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的治疗效果。方法:在2019年2月~2020年2月期间,某院一共收治了90例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例,实施姿势复位治疗方法的患者为对照组,经皮椎体成形术的患者为观察组,分别评价患者的治疗效果以及并发症情况。结果:对于经皮椎体成形术患者,其总治疗有效率为97.78%,治疗效果明显高于常规姿势复位治疗方法(75.56%);在并发症发生率方面,接受经皮椎体成形术患者为6.67%,接受常规姿势复位患者为26.67%,经皮椎体成形术的并发症发生率更低,效果更为显著,两组具有显著差异,存在统计学意意义(P<0.05)。结论:在骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折治疗中,通过经皮椎体成形术的应用,不仅可以降低并发症的发生率,还可以加快患者疾病康复,改善患者的生活能力,经皮椎体成形术值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,a total of 90 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with posture reduction,and patients in the observation group were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty.The treatment effects and complications in the two groups were evaluated.Results:For patients with percutaneous vertebroplasty,the total effective rate was 97.78%,and the treatment effect was significantly higher than that of conventional posture reduction treatment(75.56%).The incidence of complications of patients who received percutaneous vertebroplasty was 6.67%,and that of the patients who underwent conventional posture reduction was 26.67%.The complication rate of percutaneous vertebroplasty was lower and the effect was more significant.There was significant difference between the two groups,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,the application of percutaneous vertebroplasty can not only reduce the incidence of complications,but also accelerate the recovery of patients'disease,and improve the living capacity of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
