埃索美拉唑标准剂量间歇给药治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Esomeprazole Standard Dose Intermittent Administration in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Bleeding

目的:探讨埃索美拉唑标准剂量间歇给药治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果。方法:将某院2017年12月~2020年9月期间100例消化性溃疡出血患者纳为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予大剂量埃索美拉唑持续给药治疗,观察组给予标准剂量埃索美拉唑间歇给药治疗,观察两组血液指标、血流动力学情况及药物不良反应情况。结果:观察组RBC、Hb值均高于对照组,BUN、CRP值均低于对照组;SBP、DBP均高于对照组,心率均低于对照组;观察组总药物不良反应发生率(6.00%)低于对照组(20.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:埃索美拉唑标准剂量间歇给药治疗消化性溃疡出血可有效改善血流动力学状况及消化道出血情况且不良反应更小,在临床上值得进一步研究。

Objective:To investigate the effect of esomeprazole standard dose intermittent administration in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods:100 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding in a hospital from December 2017 to September 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were given high-dose esomeprazole for continuous administration,while the patients in the observation group were given standard dose esomeprazole for intermittent administration.The blood indexes,hemodynamics and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The values of RBC and Hb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the values of BUN and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;The values of SBP and DBP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the heart rate was lower than that in the control group;The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group(6.00%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Esomeprazole standard dose intermittent administration in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding can effectively improve the hemodynamics and gastrointestinal bleeding,with less adverse reactions,which is worthy of further study in clinic.
