苯扎溴铵联合双氧水及氟康唑滴耳液治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床疗效

Effect of Benzalkonium Bromide Combined with Hydrogen Peroxide and Fluconazole Ear Drops in the Treatment of Fungal Otitis Externa

目的:探讨苯扎溴铵联合双氧水及氟康唑滴耳液治疗真菌性外耳道炎的效果。方法:将2018年6月~2020年2月在某院治疗88例真菌性外耳道炎患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组应用硝酸咪康唑治疗,实验组应用苯扎溴铵联合双氧水及氟康唑滴耳液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:实验组总有效率(95.45%)同对照组比较显著升高(P<0.05);实验组真菌转阴率(79.55%)较对照组明显提高(P<0.05);实验组复发率(0.00%)明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对真菌性外耳道炎患者应用苯扎溴铵联合双氧水及氟康唑滴耳液治疗效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of benzalkonium bromide combined with hydrogen peroxide and fluconazole ear drops in the treatment of fungal otitis externa.Methods:88 patients with fungal otitis externa treated in a hospital from June 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with miconazole nitrate,and the experimental group was treated with benzalkonium bromide combined with hydrogen peroxide and fluconazole ear drops,then the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group(95.45%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The negative rate of fungus in the experimental group was 79.55%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the experimental group(0.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Benzalkonium bromide combined with hydrogen peroxide and fluconazole ear drops in the treatment of patients with fungal otitis externa using is effective.
